Glasford International is segmented by 5 key regions according to major economic zones:

3. Americas
4. Africa & Middle East
Each of these regions will have their collective group of Glasford operating countries.
A nominated Regional Director will oversee the well-being of the region's business and marketing activities.
In conjunction, our group is also segmented according to our consultants' domain knowledge and experiences, known as Practice Groups.
Currently, Glasford International has 7 Practice Groups:

Each Glasford practice group will have a nominated Practice Group Leader, to be the practice spokesperson and faciliating projects with respective consultants within the practice group.
Clients who have either interest in a specific economic region or practice group, can either connect directly to the Country Manager or Regional Director for confidential enquiries.
With our vast experience dealing with international and cross-border mandates, we listen to a client's requirement objectively before proceeding to next steps of proposed quotation, resource allocation and formal engagement.
Project Implementation
Once the client requirements are framed and approved for an executive search mandate, our Glasford consultant deploys the following search process:
Primary
1. Industry Mapping
2. Discrete Professional Networking
3. Candidate Database Matching
Secondary
1. Assessment of Candidate Profiles
2. Interview & Assessment
3. Shortlisting & Recommendation
4. Client Interviews & Evaluation
There is a degree of customisation to each client mandate but it is guaranteed that our consultant will be advising the client throughout the process until completion.
