Silta drives Glasford cross-border collaboration

Glasford's Finnish Partner, Silta Oy, has been doing some great work in driving collaborative assignments with other Glasford International Partners, as well as adopting some innovative methods to develop client relationships - the result being excellent performance.

In terms of recent collaboration, Silta has:

• worked with Glasford in Sweden to complete two sales management searches for Cupori Oy, and has an ongoing project for a Country Manager for Pisla Oy;
• worked with Glasford in Germany to recruit a Sales Manager for Lamican Oy;
• worked with Glasford in Spain to recruit a Sales Manager for Lamican Oy;
• worked with Glasford in Russia to recruit a Sales Manager for Lamican Oy;
• worked with Glasford in Ukraine to recruit a Business Controller for Mc. Ring Oy.

September will also see Silta host its first Forum for HR Directors to discuss the key trends within human resources. HR Directors have committed to attend from Itella Oy (Post of Finland), Nokia Oyj, Nokia Siemens Networks Oy, ABB Oyj, UPM-Kymmene Oyj, Metso Oyj, M-Real Oyj, Rautaruukki Oyj, Wartsila Oyj, VR-Group Oy (Railways in Finland), NCC Oy, Oras Oy.

Antti's tip for arranging a successful event: Personally telephone the HR Directors to ascertain the best date AND location for the meeting.
